Our implementation framework

Our methodologies are identified, applied and fine-tuned after years of experience implementing Oracle EBS, Bolt-on and SFA modules in the FMCG and Pharma distribution domains.

Our upgrade framework

In our experience, the most commonly faced challenge in upgrades is losing custom developed functionalities, as objects become unusable due to modification or deletion. Custom objects may become redundant as the required functionality is implemented in a new way. Additional customizing and settings may be required for the same business processes to work post-upgrade. Authorizations need to be rationalized to get the maximum benefits out of the new release.
